The Return to Play program at TNT serves as a bridge between clinic-based physical therapy and sports performance to create a holistic rehabilitation experience.

 
 
TNT went above and beyond with my training over the summer. I was 4 months post op of an ACL injury in May. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to finish my training regimen on my college campus so I fell behind in my recovery process. In June, Josh invited me to join his 4 month ACL return to sport program. I then went on to train 5 days a week at this facility and immediately saw drastic changes in my strength and conditioning. They didn’t just help my knee recover they transformed my whole entire body. I am now the best shape I’ve ever been as a college athlete because of this program and I am forever grateful for it. If I could give it 6/5 stars I would!

As an athlete, coming back from an injury can be one of the hardest things you can go through. The rehabilitation process is known to be very aggravating and discouraging. Having the right people guiding you through the process can be critical to the outcome of your return to sports. Our job as coaches at TNT is to take the guessing game away from late-stage rehabilitation. Knowing when it is safe to compete again should never be an assumption. Our Return to Play program is led by a Sports Performance Coach with extensive knowledge of injury, rehabilitation, and Return to Play protocols that are designed to provide a safe return to ELITE levels of performance.
