The Traditional Physiotherapy Model Is Broken...
Our Sports Physical Therapy program recreates the professional sports medicine model by integrating physical therapy and performance training. Most traditional physical therapy clinics do athletes a disservice by insufficiently preparing them to meet the demands of their sport, both mentally and physically.
Recovering from injury and returning to sport is not the end goal - returning to, and even enhancing, performance is.
With an integrated model of physical therapy working with strength and conditioning, an athlete’s training is adapted around their injury. This allows them to focus on what they can do, not just what they can’t do. Athletes that rehab in this environment, compared to physical therapy alone, are better to maintain their athletic capacity and return to their sport in better condition.
Physical therapy with us takes place in a fully equipped gym amongst other athletes, creating the ideal environment for fostering progress, performance, and confidence. We work with athletes through a full spectrum of athletic movement training tailored to their specific needs, while providing education to help them understand their injury and reduce the risk for recurrence. Our treatment addresses each athlete as a whole, not minimizing them to an injured body region.
We take pride in fully preparing our athletes to return to and compete in their sport.
HERE IS Why ATHLETES Choose TO Rehab with us
